HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We aim to process all requests by return. A small number of cases may take longer than this if we experience delays in obtaining the relevant information.
It is possible to delay the issuing of the Certificate to a specific future date if this is required.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
You will receive one comprehensive Property Enquiry Certificate covering all the services requested.
However, since we offer a personal and flexible service, we shall advise if there is likely to be a delay in providing any part of the information and provide, in exceptional circumstances, a partial interim Certificate if this would be helpful.
WHAT SERVICES / LEGISLATION ARE COVERED?
HPS PECs cover Planning and Building Control, Roads, Water and Sewerage Services and include searches in the Highland Council's Contaminated Land Register.
Additional or more detailed research can be undertaken on request at very competitive rates.
