Highland Property Search is an innovative service based in the Highlands specialising in the fast and accurate production of PROPERTY ENQUIRY CERTIFICATES.

In collaboration with Ross Lornie & Co Ltd, HPS Limited can also arrange for the delivery of TITLE SEARCHES, COPY DEEDS etc.

The OMNISEARCH product can be ordered online and brings together the HPS Property Enquiry Certificate (PEC) and the Legal Report over Unregistered Property (LRU) or Legal Report over Registered Property (LRR) as appropriate.

ENVIRONMENTAL SEARCHES can also be ordered via HPS and are sourced from Landmark.
